In this residence we find an approximate exterior area of 1,200 m2 with different finishes. What is intended is to provide a floor with a current and uniform aesthetic, precisely to promote safe mobility among the elderly in the residence and many other advantages that this type of applications with synthetic resins provides.
First, the surface was prepared using a rotary polisher with diamond abrasive discs with simultaneous suction in order to clean and detect deteriorated areas of the pavement and obtain a base in optimal conditions to ensure adhesion of the coating.
Secondly, the holes and cracks were repaired with hydraulic mortars and epoxy resin putties.
Finally, a combined epoxy-acrylic system is applied, with a fine non-slip finish, with an approximate thickness of 2 mm. sealed with a layer of acrylic paint and a color to choose from according to the color chart.
With this type of treatment you achieve a renewed and modern image that is also safe and clean.
