In this workshop of the Barcelona Provincial Council we find a surface covered with a continuous system based on textured synthetic resins. This pavement, with an approximate thickness of between 1 and 2 mm, presents texture wear, as well as different detachments in various points.
Based on the above considerations and our experience, we propose to make a continuous floor based on epoxy/polyurethane resins and quartz aggregates, a system with high mechanical performance, good chemical resistance, safe, non-slip and easily washable.
A continuous vinyl floor is applied in the office and common areas.
Both outside and inside the workshop, signaling work is carried out by pre-marking and taping the road markings and then painting with aliphatic polyurethane paint on the inside or acrylic paint on the outside on asphalt.
