Repair of all areas of the concrete slab in poor condition, including all the anchoring holes of the current shelves once dismantled, the two double vehicle access ramps and the base of the two personnel doors.
Surface Preparation
Preparation of the pavement support. Cleaning, degreasing and diamond polishing, repair and putty of small holes in the floor, of the entire surface of the pavement to be treated.
Preparation of the perimeter wall, in the interior part of the warehouse, including the upper edge and the support plane of the existing metal sheet enclosure. Review and cleaning by mechanical brushing with steel spikes, elimination of all impurities, and collection of particles and dust generated with the help of a vacuum cleaner.
Coatings
Pavement painting. Application of the multilayer coating system including the two double vehicle access ramps and the base of the two doors for personnel

Horizontal Signage Painting (after the works)
Layout of all horizontal signage and preparation of the support, marking 10 cm lines. wide on the pavement following the instructions of the Project Management, and preparation of the support in the areas to be marked. The preparation of the support is included, by the contractor, who will guarantee and be solely responsible for ensuring that it is dry, clean, firm and free of oil, grease or any other dirt that could interfere with the adhesion of the paint.
Application of paint based on acrylic resins, forming 10 cm lines. wide, previously marked on the pavement, non-slip and resistant to forklift and truck traffic, RAL yellow color to choose from, satin finish and smooth texture.
