Next, we present the expansion works of the new parking lot of the La Roca Village shopping center. The project has been carried out by L-35 Arquitectos and its execution contracted to Construcciones Rubau.
Our work has consisted of painting more than 23,000 m2 and marking more than 600 spaces, with an exclusive design that gives the complex a modern, bright and elegant image that is far from that of a traditional parking lot.

Numerous planters have been included in the parking lot, creating an open walk environment rather than a closed building.

In the scope of our work, and after several technical tests, the processes and products used have been the following:

• Abrasive sanding with a rotary diamond disc polisher and simultaneous suction, in order to generate a suitable surface for the adhesion of the primer.
• Sealing of the retraction joints using putties based on elasticized epoxy resins.
• Application of a three-layer system consisting of a combination of SEIREPOX epoxy primer and PROBITANO R-20 aliphatic polyurethane finish. The materials have been supplied by SEIRE PRODUCTS, S.L. This type of finish (Aliphatic Polyurethane) provides high wear resistance and color stability.

Finally, a new anti-slip coating has been applied to the painted floor by the company Johnson España.
