Phase I: This was a warehouse that had previously been a bus repair workshop and that had a high level of contamination from oils and greases. For this reason, an exhaustive preparation of the support was carried out by shot blasting and application of a 3-layer system of solvent-free epoxy paints (100% solids), with high mechanical and chemical resistance.
Phase II: Preparation by mechanical roughing and application of an anti-humidity epoxy system to optimize adhesion on a base that had capillary moisture.
Phase III: Preparation and painting with 3 layers of epoxy paint. Execution of work during holidays so as not to interfere with the daily activity of the company.
Signage with high resistance aliphatic polyurethane paint on pavement according to the client’s instructions.
